The Big D
My friend Beth and I have decided to kick each others asses and have ourselves a diet competition. The goal is to see who loses the most amount of weight in 2 months. The prize is
a coveted (and expensive) bottle of vino. The loser must replace the prize bottle and watch the winner consume. My strategy is to eat small portions 5 times a day and walk for a 1/2 hour everyday and slowly work myself up to longer. I'm going to kick her butt!
Silly Little Sausage

Silly little sausage is apparently an English term of endearment. Something my dad called me when I was a little girl. If I did something humiliating - he would give me a hug and rub his hands on my face and say - "silly little sausage". It would always make me laugh profusely - so it worked like a charm. It still does! Only few people know those magic words.
